A coming-of age celebration

Hi ! Today, I will talk about a coming-of age celebration. I had this ceremony on January 13th in my home city. My home city has three towns and four junior high schools. Now, I stay Shizuaoka prefecture, so I can not meet my home town friends. But, Everyone who stay my home city came to this ceremony and I can meet many my friends. I looked forward to be held  a coming-of age celebration.

Many girls wear KIMONO on this ceremony. It takes two or three hours to wear KIMONO, put on makeup, and set of hair. I had to wake up at 5 o'clock. My friend had to waked up at 3 o'clock ! I was so sleepy. My stylist was a cousin of my ex-boyfriend. I was so surprised !
I could meet many friends, and take pictures. Everyone were cute and cool. The ceremony had a event. It is digging a time capsule. This time capsule was diged 10 years ago. I read the letter that I wrote when I was 10 years old. Contents is seacret in the letter because I am ashame.
After the ceremony, an alumni was held. Our teacher came to  an alumni. I had a good time. After the an alumni, I went to a continuation of a party at another place. We talk about a good old memory and drank. My friend brought many alcoholic drinks. They were very taste. I want to hold a coming-of age celebration.
I am glad to grow up.  I am deeply grateful to my parents. They have took care of me for 20 yeas. I love my parents. I wrote a letter to them. I want to repay favor.
